Job Title: Digital/Brand Designer
Location: Roseville NSW

We are looking for a talented Digital/Brand Designer to help shape the visual direction of a growing technology business. You’ll have genuine ownership over the brand and digital design, working with modern tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital and brand design using Figma as the primary tool.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, distinctive design system and visual direction.
  • Build AI-assisted design workflows to improve creative output and efficiency.
  • Create digital assets and designs across a broad range of projects.
  • Set design standards and take ownership of priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Support production work across brand and digital channels as needed.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Figma skills and a strong digital design portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance design workflows.
  • Strong visual craft and genuine brand sensibility.
  • Comfortable working independently with broad and evolving priorities.
  • Agency experience in digital-first creative is advantageous.
  • Motion, video, 3D, or hardware-plus-software experience is a plus.
  • An interest in agriculture or related industries is welcomed.
  • Open to experienced designers, with exceptional junior candidates also encouraged to apply.
