About Our Client

We're partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit an experienced P&C Coordinator into a small, collaborative People & Culture team. This broad generalist role combines P&C operations, employee support and learning coordination, with a strong focus on improving processes and building capability toward an advisor level.

Job Description

• Managing the People Help Desk and acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day P&C queries
• Providing initial guidance aligned with policies, Awards and employment conditions
• Supporting performance management and routine ER matters, with senior support available for complex cases
• Preparing employment contracts, variations and general employee correspondence
• Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, contract changes and exits
• Coordinating recruitment administration, offers and onboarding activities
• Administering Go1, monitoring training completion and maintaining learning records
• Supporting training needs analysis, leadership development and compliance activities
• Maintaining accurate HRIS records and contributing to process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

• Demonstrated experience in a P&C Coordinator, Officer or similar generalist roles
• Broad exposure across HR administration and the employee lifecycle
• Some experience supporting performance management or employee relations matters
• Ability to prioritise competing requests within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with employees and leaders
• Experience using HRIS or LMS platforms, with Employment Hero and Go1 highly regarded
