We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/ Barista for our Roxburgh Park store who are team orientated, fast-paced, and have a passion for customer service!
\n Applicants will be experienced Barista’s and work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in store.
Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:

• Assisting with the overseeing and supervising day to day operations
\n
• Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
\n
• Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
\n
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and be an exceptional role model for your team
\n
• Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
\n
• Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
\n
• Barista duties including Latte art
\n

Barista's who apply should be able to... \n
\n

\n
• Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
\n
• Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
\n
• Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
\n
• Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
\n
• Supervise daily operations and large teams
\n
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
\n
• Have excellent presentation and customer service
\n
