The Role - Part-time:
\n
Do you have the vision to lead with passion? Become an In-store Trainer at Specsavers and make your mark as a leader in our stores and the industry.
\n
If you think you’ve got dispensing in the bag, then now is your chance to step-up into a training role and support our Retail Managers and Store Partners with upskilling new team members.
\n
This role is part-time 3-4 days week, the only set day is a Saturday with remaining roster flexible.
\n
To be an In-store Trainer in our team, means to:

- Train and Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential. \n
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs. \n
- Drive Success: Oversee day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers’ high standards. \n
