The Opportunity

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our Employment and Immigration team based in our Sydney CBD office. Supporting a Partner and lawyers this full-time role is suited to candidates who enjoy the challenge of a busy and varied work environment.
\n
Key responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Providing a high level of secretarial and administrative support \n
- Diary and calendar management \n
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements \n
- Drafting correspondence and court documents \n
- Preparing briefs to Counsel \n
- File and document management \n
- Opening and closing files \n
\n
Successful candidates will have:
\n
- \n
- Litigation & advisory experience \n
- Confidence to liaise with clients and professionals at all levels \n
- Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines \n
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills \n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team \n
- Excellent attention to detail \n
