Role 1: Special Counsel/Principal

The Opportunity
Are you an accomplished senior estates litigator looking to lead a team. This senior role offers immediate structural autonomy, strategic oversight, and a transparent, fast-tracked trajectory.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead Complex Disputes: Strategize and independently run high-value Family Provision claims, will challenges, estate litigation
• Mentorship: You enjoy guiding and developing junior legal talent.

Role 2: Assoc to Senior Associate

The Opportunity
Looking to accelerate your career under direct mentorship from recognized industry specialist? This role offers the perfect blend of high-impact estate litigation, complex administration, and sophisticated estate planning, putting you hands-on with files from day one.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• File Management: Efficiently manage contested estate files, applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, and draft specialized testamentary trusts.
• Court Preparation: Collate evidence, prepare thorough briefs, and work closely with senior lawyers and counsel.
• The Profile: You have a minimum of 3 years pae in the area of will & estate law.
