MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It’s a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services. We're looking for people who are passionate about beauty, who take pride in what they do, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and find joy in helping customers look, feel and be their best. We’re searching for exceptional Dermal Therapists to join the team at our new MECCA Chadstone store! This is an opportunity to bring the latest high-performance skin treatments to our customers, work with some of the best global skincare brands and help shape the future of skin services at MECCA.

Day-to-day responsibilities: \n

\n
• As a Dermal Therapist, you will work on a full-time or part-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.
\n
• Consulting with customers to provide recommendations for their personal skincare needs and expert advice on skin health.
\n
• Building relationships with our clients.
\n
• Delivery of advanced facial treatments.
\n
• Support with in-centre/practice training and promotional activities.
\n

What you’ll bring to the role: \n

\n
• A Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification).
\n
• At least one year of professional experience in performing skin services/advanced skin treatments.
\n
• Proven experience in skin consultations, and a strong base knowledge of skin physiology and skincare ingredients.
\n
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and a drive to always provide exceptional customer service.
\n
• The desire to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
\n
