Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engage One Technical Lead to lead the design, development, migration and support of enterprise customer communication solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise across the Precisely Engage One platform, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, guide delivery teams and ensure high standards of quality, security and operational reliability.

Mandatory Skills:
•10+ years of Customer Communication Management (CCM) experience, with extensive hands-on expertise in Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, Communicate and Vault.
•Strong experience in EngageOne document composition, template design, communication workflows, batch configuration, output generation, archival and correspondence management.
•Proven experience in DOC1-to-EngageOne migration, EngageOne upgrades or migration from other legacy CCM platforms.
•Strong working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSL-FO, AFP, PDF and HTML.
•Experience with EngageOne CDMS, system integrations, REST APIs, web services and enterprise application connectivity.
•Experience across template development, testing, deployment, release management, production support, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
•Good understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps processes, coding and design standards, security and compliance requirements.
•Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication and client-facing skills, preferably within the insurance domain.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Lead EngageOne Designer, Server, Communicate, Vault and related CCM solution design and development activities.
•Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, solution specifications and implementation plans.
•Design, develop and enhance communication templates, workflows and document generation processes.
•Configure and support EngageOne Server batches, output generation, archival solutions and correspondence processes.
•Lead migration and upgrade initiatives involving DOC1, earlier EngageOne versions or other legacy CCM platforms.
•Provide technical directions to the delivery team, conduct code and design reviews, enforce standards and mentor developers.
•Coordinate with business, client and technology stakeholders for requirements, solution walkthroughs, estimates, delivery planning and status reporting.
•Support functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
•Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, security and compliance with agreed business and technical standards.
•Prepare and maintain technical design, deployment, release and operational support documentation.
•Manage technical deliverables, dependencies, risks and release activities, and drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•10+ years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution design, development, implementation, and support using the Precisely EngageOne platform.
•Precisely EngageOne product certifications or vendor-led EngageOne training is highly desirable.
•Relevant cloud, integration, or enterprise architecture certifications are advantageous.

Salary Range:>$100,000
