We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of partner accounts (everything from The Iconic, Samsung, Breville, Woolworths & Yo-Chi) to drive renewals, growth and Retail Media revenue, while building the kind of relationships that keep them investing in us for the long run.

What you'll do

- Own revenue and KPI targets across your portfolio of partner accounts, managing renewals and post-acquisition growth \n
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and affiliates, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen retention across the wider team \n
- Pitch and close Retail Media sales opportunities with confidence \n
- Keep partner offers sharp and relevant, evolving them as member needs change \n
- Partner with internal teams to deliver on commercial objectives, resolve issues and support campaign execution \n
- Be in the data: you'll keep account information and agreements accurate and up to date \n
- Track account performance, report on KPIs and use the data to spot what's working and what needs to change \n

What we're looking for
\n
- \n
- 8+ years' experience in an Account Management, Partner, or similar relationship driven role from a retail, loyalty, marketplace, affiliate, or similar background \n
- A track record of building relationships and growing accounts commercially \n
- Success negotiating and landing commercial contracts \n
- You're comfortable with data: you can draw out trends and insights to shape new initiatives \n
- A growth mindset - you move at pace and hold yourself to hitting (or beating) targets \n
- A genuine collaborator who works well across teams and values getting there together \n
- QSR or travel experience would be a huge plus \n
