About the Role \n
This isn’t a typical retail supervisor role. As an Assistant Retail Manager at Oxford St , you will support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team, playing a key role in delivering sales performance, team capability and customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be a hands‑on leader, stepping in to lead the floor, coach the team and drive results day-to-day, while building the capability to step into broader leadership roles over time. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will:
