You will collaborate with our guests and team by:

  • Supporting the Kitchen Brigade to ensure an outstanding level of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene practices.
    • \n
  • Role modelling exceptional workplace health and safety procedures.
    • \n
  • Providing a warm and engaging service experience.
    • \n
  • Collaborating with the team to strive for excellence through elevated experiences.
    • \n

Responsibilities: Skills and experience: \n

Your talents will include:

\n

    \n
  • Previous experience of efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest of standards
    • \n
  • The creation and maintenance of a cleaning schedule for the kitchen
    • \n
  • Familiarity of maintaining food hygiene standards
    • \n
  • Passionate to ensure that all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean
    • \n
  • Respectful of processes and procedures
    • \n
  • Ability to work with ambitious chefs to support the kitchen operations
    • \n
  • Some experience of assisting with deliveries and stock management
    • \n
  • You will be an effective communicator who can openly work with all departments of the hotel
    • \n
