About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates to conduct a residential bin audit across the Kununurra area. The role involves driving a company Ute throughout residential streets and recording the number and type of waste bins located at each property.

Duties:

• Drive a company ute safely throughout designated residential areas.
• Count and record bins located at residential properties.
• Capture accurate data using provided forms or electronic devices.
• Follow designated routes and schedules.
• Report any discrepancies or unusual findings.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence.
• Confident driving a utility vehicle in residential and regional areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable punctual and safety-focused.
• Basic technology skills for data recording (tablet or smartphone).

Ideal candidate

Previous experience in field-based auditing surveying delivery meter reading council waste or utility work.

Familiarity with Kununurra and surrounding residential areas.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking short distances as required.

• 38 hour days 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday
• $38.84 per hour
• C Class Drivers Licence
