Assistant Manager Belmont Tavern
Are you a hospitality professional ready to run the floor at one of eastern Brisbanes most dynamic suburban venues The Belmont Tavern is looking for a driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in a team-led management structure.
We skip the traditional isolated Duty Manager model instead our venue is powered by a team of multiple Assistant Managers. Youll work alongside a strong group of peers to share shift load collaborate on floor strategy and drive standards together. Whether steering a busy weekend dining service in the bistro orchestrating game-day trade in the sports bar or managing gaming and retail operations youll be right in the heart of the action with total floor-level support.

Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
