Join our Community Living Support team in Lismore. We work with people to build independence and confidence by focusing on their values and personal goals, while encouraging social connection and a sense of belonging in the community.
As a First Nations Wellness Facilitator, you will play a kay role in creating a culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to strengthen connections to identity, culture, and community. You will work collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, while also working with non-indigenous people, to help design and implement strategies that enhance culturally responsive service delivery.
