The Harvey Norman Gepps Cross Audio Visual Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
\n
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must:

- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills \n

What we require:

- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business \n
- A high level of Audio Visual product knowledge such as TV's, PVR's and Home Theatre Systems to support customer queries \n
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs \n
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving \n
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services \n
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets \n
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades \n
