Requirements
\n
- \n
- Current AHPRA registration as psychologist \n
- PsyBA Board Approved Supervisor status \n
- Endorsement as Clinical Psychologist \n
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in clinical psychology \n
- Doctoral qualification in psychology or related discipline \n
- Demonstrated experience in higher education teaching, clinical training, research supervision, academic leadership \n
- Research, scholarship or professional practice profile appropriate to Academic Level D or E \n
- Capacity to lead high-quality curriculum, assessment, student learning \n
- Evidence of academic, clinical or professional leadership \n
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional psychology standards \n

Preferred

- \n
- Experience in APAC-accredited psychology programs \n
- Course leadership, accreditation, academic governance experience \n
- Experience mentoring academics \n
- Experience in online, blended, simulation-based learning \n
- Record of developing research, clinical, industry partnerships \n
- Expertise in clinical psychology education, psychological assessment, AI-enabled learning, translational mental health \n

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic academic leadership in clinical psychology education \n
- Teach and coordinate postgraduate psychology units \n
- Lead curriculum design, review and innovation \n
- Strengthen assessment quality and academic standards \n
- Contribute to accreditation and academic governance \n
- Supervise honours, masters, doctoral research students \n
- Provide leadership in clinical education and placements \n
- Establish research, scholarship or professional practice agenda \n
- Develop research, clinical and professional partnerships \n
- Mentor academic staff \n
- Represent ISN in academic, clinical and professional networks \n
