About the Role

As a Pick Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed, prepared, and dispatched accurately while meeting daily productivity targets. Working within a busy warehouse and manufacturing setting, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of the business by maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing and dispatching products in line with productivity targets
\n
• Ensuring stock availability to meet customer and sales demand
\n
• Identifying process efficiencies to minimise downtime
\n
• Assisting with waste reduction initiatives
\n
• Maintaining product quality standards and compliance procedures
\n
• Following all WHS and environmental requirements
\n
• Participating in workplace training and competency development programs
\n

About You

You are a reliable, hard-working individual who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently when required. You have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain focus and consistency throughout your shift.
