As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our business, ensuring every order is managed accurately, efficiently, and with a customer-first mindset. About the role

You'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth customer experience by:

• Managing customer orders and delivery requests accurately and efficiently
\n
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
\n
• Communicating proactive to keep customers informed and projects moving
\n
• Solving problems and finding practical solutions when circumstances change
\n
• Working closely with operational teams to coordinate successful outcomes
\n
• Providing service that customers remember for all the right reasons
\n
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About you

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgement

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills

• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

• Previous customer service, administration, logistics, scheduling, or coordination experience will be highly regarded
