Salt Bar Kingscliff is a key venue within the AVC portfolio, set in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal locations. We’re seeking an experienced, high-level Venue Manager to take the lead in driving operational excellence, team performance, guest experience and commercial results.

The opportunity
As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of Salt Bar, leading a passionate team and ensuring the venue consistently delivers outstanding service, strong financial results and memorable guest experiences.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and developing a high-performing hospitality team
Driving sales, profitability and operational performance
Maintaining exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards
Managing rostering, labour costs, stock control and venue administration
Building a positive, accountable and energised team culture
Working closely with the AVC leadership team to deliver strategic objectives
Creating an outstanding experience for guests, staff and the local community
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proven hospitality leader with:
Senior venue management experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment
Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen
Excellent leadership, communication and people-development skills
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
High standards across service, safety, compliance and presentation
The confidence and capability to lead a large, diverse team
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
