Please note these are fixed-term casual roles from 11 November 2026 until 19 January 2027 to cover the busy holiday period.

About the role

- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer. \n
- Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert. \n
- Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards. \n
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures. \n

- Acts with customer in mind. \n
- Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment. \n
- Self-motivated and ready to learn. \n
- Strong communication skills. \n
- Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous. \n
