Occupational Therapist | Clinic & Community | NSW

$80,000 - $110,000 + Super

The Opportunity:

Working across both clinic and community settings, you'll support individuals with injury rehabilitation, functional capacity assessments, workplace assessments, return-to-work planning, activity modification, and achieving sustainable health outcomes.

This role is particularly well suited to Occupational Therapists who:

  • Enjoy working in rehabilitation, injury management, and occupational rehabilitation
  • Have an interest in Workers Compensation, CTP, or Return to Work services
  • Like working towards measurable client outcomes and KPI targets
  • Value autonomy while having access to strong team support
  • Enjoy a mix of office, clinic, workplace, and community-based work
  • Want clear career progression pathways within a national organisation

About You:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA Registration (essential)
  • Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation, Workers Compensation, CTP, Employment Services, or Injury Management experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
