Commercial Property Manager
Up to $130,000 + Super (DOE)

Join a highly regarded and established property group with a strong presence across Western Australia. Due to continued portfolio growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a quality commercial portfolio and become part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

This is a genuine career opportunity for an accomplished Commercial Property Manager seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the support of an experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity

Managing a well-maintained commercial portfolio of approximately 100 leases, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assets while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

You will enjoy a high level of autonomy while working within an established property management structure that values professionalism, accountability, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end commercial property management
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships
  • Lease administration and compliance oversight
  • Rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations and lease renewals
  • Budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Coordination of maintenance and contractor management
  • Regular property inspections and stakeholder communication
  • Delivering exceptional client service and portfolio performance

About You

  • Previous experience managing a commercial property portfolio
  • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
