RGN/RMN Staff Nurse Position at UK Nursing Home We are in search of a skilled and empathetic RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our nursing home team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities \n

• Administer medication, provide direct care and support to residents, and communicate with healthcare professionals as required.
\n
• Develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments for each resident.
\n
• Oversee and supervise care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver the best possible care for residents.
\n
• Strictly follow policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans when necessary.
\n
• Effectively manage emergencies and unexpected situations during your shift.
\n

Requirements \n

\n
• Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
\n
• At least 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or a similar setting.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
\n
• A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their unique needs.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Flexibility and adaptability to cope with changing situations and needs.
