The Role

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Katherine team on a full time, permanent basis. Based on site, you will provide essential administrative support across our quarry, concrete plant and weighbridge operations. As a key point of contact for employees, contractors, customers and visitors, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site while delivering a professional and responsive service. Working closely with site leadership and operational teams, you will manage a broad range of administrative activities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is committed to contributing to a safe, positive and collaborative workplace culture.
