The Opportunity

As an Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks , you'll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead store operations, develop a high performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Job Description \n

To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager

\n

We'd love to hear from people who have:

\n

\n
• A minimum of two years' progressively responsible experience , including at least one year in a customer facing role
\n
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
\n
• The ability to lead effectively in a fast paced environment
\n
• Previous experience in store leadership roles , ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
\n
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
\n
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
\n
• A proven ability to develop teams and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
\n
