For more than 45 years, OZ Design has been helping Australians create homes they love with beautiful furniture and homewares.

Now, we're incredibly excited to be bringing OZ Design to Western Australia , with our first Perth store opening in Myaree .

\n

We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Sales Associate to join our founding WA team and help introduce OZ Design to Perth.

About the Role \n

We are searching for someone with a passion for furniture and homewares who enjoys building relationships with customers and working in a small, dynamic team.

\n

Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service
\n
• Helping customers find the right furniture for their home
\n
• Achieving individual and store sales targets
\n
• Completing administration tasks
\n
• Maintaining showroom presentation
\n
• Assisting customers and staff with stock movements and furniture collections
\n
• Supporting your team across the daily operation of the store
\n

This is a hands-on sales role where great customer service and strong results are genuinely rewarded.

• Availability to work one weekend day per week

• A confident and friendly communicator

• A strong customer service or sales background
\n
• A proven track record of success in previous roles
\n
• The ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues

• A degree of physical fitness to assist with stock movement and furniture collections

• The motivation to achieve results and be rewarded for your performance

Furniture experience is not required . We provide comprehensive in-person and online training to give you the product knowledge and support you need to succeed.
