The Opportunity
A great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a well-supported portfolio and a strong package. You’ll manage approximately 150 properties end-to-end, with an APM and dedicated Leasing support to help keep things running smoothly.

The Role
- Manage a 150-property residential portfolio
- Build and maintain strong landlord & tenant relationships
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears & renewals
- Liaise with owners, tenants & contractors
- Work alongside APM and Leasing support
- Drive portfolio retention and service
About You
- Experienced Property Manager
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and professional
