Care to join the team?
Join our team as a Bookings Clerk at our Elizabeth Vale clinic on a permanent part time basis (2 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting patients throughout their care journey while enjoying the flexibility to balance work with your lifestyle.

As a key link between patients, clinicians and support teams, you'll help coordinate appointments, deliver exceptional service, and ensure a seamless experience for every patient. If you're organised, customer focused, and passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

More specifically, you will:

  • Deliver a high standard of patient service, ensuring every interaction is professional, compassionate and supportive.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Support the effective coordination of the patient journey through strong administration and communication.
  • Book and confirm appointments for consultations, treatments, procedures and nursing reviews.
  • Develop a sound understanding of oncology booking and treatment pathways.
  • Promote a caring and efficient service while building positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams and imaging providers.
  • Manage appointment schedules and proactively support clinic utilisation and workflow efficiency.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role within a fast paced environment, with healthcare experience highly regarded.
  • The ability to manage urgent matters and time sensitive appointments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience using administration systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A patient focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive attitude.
