Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Data Centre space with EPC's, OEMs, fabricators etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and challenges for the business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the Data Centre's sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
• An engineering qualification or degree.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
• A valid driver's licence for travel to client site
