About the role Your main tasks and responsibilities \n

Drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.

Execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
\n - \n
Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.
\n - \n
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and high-growth sectors.
\n - \n
Maintain performance reporting, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
\n - \n
Collaborate across global and local teams to drive innovation, share insights, and enhance customer-centric solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need \n

- \n
Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
\n - \n
Industry-related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
\n - \n
Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
\n - \n
Trusted relationship and stakeholder management, customer-oriented mindset.
\n - \n
Business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
\n - \n
Clear communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive skills.
\n - \n
Ability to travel regularly for customer visits
\n - \n
Experience with API pumps (highly regarded)
