The Role

We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Care Consultant to join our Kalgoorlie Trade Store!
\n
This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in-store. We're seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.
\n

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the role \n
- Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial products \n
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloor \n
- Support stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activities \n
- Safely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits) \n
- Identify and escalate customer or operational issues when needed \n
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive team environment \n

What We're Looking For

- \n
- Previous experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment) \n
- Strong face-to-face communication skills and customer service manner \n
- Proactive and reliable personality traits with an emphasis on wanting to make your workplace better \n
- Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to WA workplace guidelines) \n
