We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive Administration Officer to join our Anchorage team. This role involves supporting reception, rostering, admissions, and other operational duties as directed by the Facility Manager, while contributing effectively within a team environment.

\n

About the Facility

\n

Our impressive Anchorage Facility is located in the heart of the northern oceanside suburb of Mindarie. Anchorage provides a host of well-appointed amenities, with state-of-the-art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier.

\n

As an integral part of the team, you will:

\n

\n
1. Provide a professional and friendly reception to our residents, families, visitors, and staff.
\n
2. Create and maintain fortnightly rosters for staff, managing master rosters, daily allocation sheets and offering all shifts out, covering sick calls etc. that meet all service delivery requirements within the facility.
\n
3. Sick Leave Management, Parental Leave, Shift Swaps, Permanent Shift Changes for Staff.
\n
4. Undertake essential administrative functions such as rostering, payroll preparation, compliance, and interacting with all staff.
\n
5. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, archiving, staff onboarding offboarding and other duties as directed by the Facility Manager.
\n
6. Managing agency staff.
\n
7. Scheduling of students across the facility during placements.
\n
8. Assist the Facility Manager and other senior staff with tasks as required.
\n

Requirements of the role

\n

\n
• Extensive knowledge of rostering practices and systems and strong problem-solving ability.
\n
• Payroll experience preferred but not essential
\n
• Experience in front-facing administration/reception in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
\n
• Passion for delivering quality customer service and excellent relationship building skills.
\n
• High levels of accuracy and data entry skills.
\n
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
\n
• Aged Care Experience desirable but not essential.
\n
