* Catheter Care (IDC - Males & Females), SPC
* Apply advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
* Administer medications and injections.
* Perform an optimum standard of nursing care to our clients.
* Use your exceptional clinical assessment, decision-making and problem-solving skills and abilities to provide an optimum standard of care to our clients.

About the Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing.
* 2+ years post-graduate, with broad experience in general nursing.
* Current Registration with the AHPRA, with zero notations.
* Genuine interest in working in the community and with the aged population (experience an advantage).
* Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
* Strong experience in wound and catheter care, and chronic disease management.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families and other clinicians.
* Competitive hourly rate $65.13 per hour - with up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options.
* Work independently in the community, with support from your team.
* Casual role with a view to permanent part-time (any days Monday to Friday)
