We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Procurement Manager to join our team. This opportunity is based at our Foodworks Burnside. The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill level. \n
\nRESPONSIBILITIES: \n
\n●Developing, implementing, and overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies, policies, and operational plans. \n
\n●Planning and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while keeping overall costs to a minimum. \n
\n●Establishing and negotiating supplier agreements to achieve the required standards of quality, pricing, and delivery. \n
\n●Reviewing and managing inventory and storage processes to ensure continuous supply and effective control of stock levels. \n
\n●Maintaining inventory tracking and documentation systems to monitor the movement of supplies and finished products and identify appropriate times for replenishment. \n
\n●Coordinating with internal teams and customers to understand requirements for dispatched goods and arrange suitable transportation and delivery services. \n
\n●Supervising the accurate documentation and processing of purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities. \n
\n●Allocating duties to staff, supervising day-to-day activities, and assessing staff performance to ensure operational efficiency. \n
\n●Managing the delivery of products and services in line with customer and client needs and expectations. \n
\nATTRIBUTES: \n
\n●Minimum 1 year qualification is required as a Procurement Manager, \n
\n●Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required, \n
\n●Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work. \n
\nJob type: Full-time, Permanent \n
\nSchedule: 8 hours shift \n
\nAbility to commute/relocate: location: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) \n
\nExperience: At least 1 year (Preferred) \n
\nSalary: In between $81,000 - $83,000 annually \n
\nWork authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
