As our **Brand Manager – Taste & Calendar**, you'll be behind some of KFC Australia's biggest food moments, helping shape what shows up on our marketing calendar and how we bring it to life.

From spotting the next opportunity and building a compelling proposition, to shaping the creative and launching it into market, you'll bring together consumer insight, product, price, media and commercial thinking to create campaigns that build buzz, drive sales and keep KFC famous for great tasting food.

You'll work across Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Digital and Insights, alongside some of Australia's leading agency partners, to take ideas from strategy through to execution and make sure our biggest Taste moments land as intended.**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR BRAND MANAGER - TASTE & CALENDAR*** Help shape KFC's Taste strategy and marketing calendar, bringing together customer, category, competitor and commercial insight to identify where the opportunity is and what KFC should do about it.* Lead major food launches and Taste campaigns from proposition development through to go-to-market, bringing together product, price, promotion, channels and communications.* Develop compelling product and marketing propositions grounded in what our customers want, while keeping great tasting food and KFC's distinctive brand at the heart of the work.* Turn strategy and propositions into sharp creative briefs, partnering with our agencies to develop work that is distinctive, effective and anything but bland.* Bring Media, Digital, Social and PR together to create campaigns that build brand buzz and drive action.* Bring strong commercial thinking to your initiatives, working with Commercial and Finance across forecasting, pricing, margin, promotions, budgets and ROI.* Stay close to performance, knowing what's working, what isn't and what needs to change, and use those learnings to make the next plan stronger.* Bring teams and agency partners with you, navigating different perspectives, changing priorities and the inevitable curveballs that come with bringing big campaigns to life.* Bring recommendations, not just information, with a clear point of view on the customer, the opportunity and what KFC should do next.**ABOUT YOU**You're a commercially sharp, creatively ambitious and resilient brand marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You'll bring:* Strong brand marketing experience, ideally within QSR, FMCG, retail or another fast-paced consumer brand.* Experience leading campaigns from strategy through to launch, across creative, media and execution.* A strong understanding of consumer and commercial performance, with the ability to turn insights into decisions and action.* The confidence to influence and bring people with you, building strong relationships across internal teams and agency partners.* Fresh thinking and strong creative judgement, with the confidence to challenge the obvious answer.* The ability to stay calm under pressure, navigate competing priorities and keep things moving when challenges arise.* A genuine curiosity for food, culture, consumers and creativity, and what makes great brands stand out.
