\n The ServiceNow Developer will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications for a Government environment. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and easy-to-use ServiceNow solutions aligned with Government standards and processes.\n

\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n
\n • Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request\n
\n
\n
\n • Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies\n
\n
\n
\n • Support integrations using REST APIs where required\n
\n
\n
\n • Perform unit testing and support system testing activities\n
\n
\n
\n • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues\n
\n
\n
\n • Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes\n
\n
\n
\n • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams\n
\n
\n
\n • Ensure solutions comply with Government security and governance standards\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Required Skills & Experience\n
\n
\n
\n • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer\n
\n
\n
\n • Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and scripting\n
\n
\n
\n • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio\n
\n
\n
\n • Experience working in ITSM environments\n
\n
\n
\n • Understanding of ITIL processes\n
\n
\n
\n • Good communication and documentation skills\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Desirable Skills\n
\n
\n
\n • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or similar)\n
\n
\n
\n • Experience working on Government or large enterprise projects\n
\n
\n
\n • Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
