Exciting opportunity with a well-established QLD owned property developer who delivers retail & commercial projects across Brisbane. This progressive and award-winning business own their land, design, build and manage the commercial builds.
\n
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects South of Brisbane, we are seeking a Civil Project Engineer. Working alongside the building Project Manager and Site Manager, you will manage procurement, daily site programming, and civil works coordination. Strong organisational, cost-forecasting skills and experience with Qld Department of Main Roads (TMR) or subdivisions contracts are highly preferred.

Your role will be supporting the Project Manager in the day-to-day running of the site including the following responsibilities:

- Procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers \n
- Programming and daily planning \n
- Quality Assurance management \n
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders \n
- Preparing financial reports and completing forecasts \n
- Ensuring Safety and Environmental standards are met \n

The successful individual must have at least 4 years’ local Australian civil infrastructure experience, a proven track record of delivering roads, stormwater drainage, urban projects with a civil contractor in similar conditions. Relevant Civil Engineering tertiary qualifications required. Exceptional communication, planning, subcontractor management and interfacing with different disciplines across medium to large projects for a local Australian civil contractor is required.
