About the job
Bodyworks Subiaco is looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist with an interest in chronic pain, complex musculoskeletal presentations and rehabilitation to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with Pain Specialist and Medical Director Dr Vincenzo Mondello of Anodyne, while helping develop and deliver our Pain Reset Program, a structured physiotherapy-led approach to persistent pain management.
The Role
You will:
- Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain and complex presentations
- Provide evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
- Develop clear, structured management plans and rehabilitation pathways
- Deliver progressive exercise, strength and conditioning programs
- Work closely with Dr Mondello and the wider clinical team
- Contribute to the development of our pain programs
- Mentor junior physiotherapists and support students
- Participate in regular clinical discussions and professional development
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- 4+ years' physiotherapy experience, preferably in private practice
- Current AHPRA registration and professional insurance
- Experience or a strong interest in chronic pain and pain management
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Experience with exercise rehabilitation and progressive strengthening
- Clinical Pilates experience is advantageous
- A passion for ongoing learning and developing clinical expertise
- A postgraduate qualification or additional training in chronic pain or pain management would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
