As Head of Sustainability,you'll shape how Strait Link responds to one ofourbiggest challenges, while working at the intersection of strategy, reporting, risk,operationsand transformation.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you'll work across the business to understand our climate-related risks and opportunities(CRROs), strengthen our reporting and governance, identify ways to reduce our environmental impactand operate more efficiently,and turn those opportunities into practical initiatives.

You'll influence senior leaders well beyond sustainability - from investment and infrastructure to operations,riskand long-term business planning.

You'll bring together commercial thinking, analysis,reportingand program delivery to helpStraitLinkmakebetter decisions today andplanforwhat'sahead.

And because weoperateships, move freight and manage significant assets-with over 1000 employees-youwon'tbe dealing in theory. The decisions you help shape will have a very real impact.

LeadStraitLink's mandatory climatereporting-and turn it intoa strategic advantage

Drive the decarbonisation program acrossmarine,fleetandinfrastructureassets.

Design and own Strait Link's sustainability strategy

Work withgovernment,partnersand customers tosupport sustainability initiatives.

Prepare reports and recommendations for Executive and Board stakeholders

What Will Help You Succeed

You are a strategic sustainability professional with strong reporting,governance,and program delivery experience. You can translate regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes and confidently engage with senior leaders, technicalspecialists,and external stakeholders.

You'll bring:

Experience leading climate or sustainability reporting through at least one full disclosure cycle (AASB S2, TCFD, ISSB or equivalent).

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stream sustainability or decarbonisation programs.

Strong understanding of emissions reporting, climategovernance,and sustainability compliance requirements.

Proven stakeholder management experience, including Executive and Board-level reporting.

Experience establishinggovernance frameworks,committees,or cross-functional forums.

Experience in transport, logistics, maritime, infrastructure or another asset-intensive industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Exposure to government funding, climate risk or enterprise risk management would also be valuable. Professional qualifications may complement your experience, but what you have delivered will matter most.
