Senior Property Manager | $100K-110k + Super + Allowances \n
We’re recruiting for a great client who is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and highly supportive team.

You’ll be joining a highly systemised office with a friendly team culture, regular training, social events and plenty of support around you.
The role: \n
- \n
- Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on client relationships and service \n
- Monday to Friday role \n
- No leasing \n
- No new business \n
- No trust accounting \n
- Dedicated Routine Inspection Officer supporting the department \n
- Experienced Department Manager providing ongoing support \n
- Full office support and established systems in place \n
- Regular training and development opportunities \n
About you: \n
- \n
- Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience \n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills \n
- Good understanding of QLD legislation and compliance \n
- Able to work autonomously while being part of a team \n
- Current QLD Registration Certificate or Agent Licence \n
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence \n
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage \n
