You will be responsible for shaping and leading games from early concept through to launch, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable player experience.

The Opportunity

As Game Director, you'll become the driving force behind the creative direction of new game releases. Working closely with game designers, mathematicians, artists, developers, sound designers, and producers, you'll transform concepts into fully realised products that captivate players from the very first spin. This position requires someone who can think strategically whilst remaining deeply involved in the creative process, balancing innovation with a clear understanding of what players love.

You will influence everything from themes, narratives, presentation, animations, and visual storytelling through to gameplay sequencing, audio direction, and overall player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop compelling creative visions for new slot game concepts.
\n
• Lead game development from concept through production and launch.
\n
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure creative alignment and flawless execution.
\n
• Create detailed game specifications, storyboards, and creative documentation.
\n
• Ensure every aspect of the player experience, including artwork, animation, sound, and gameplay flow, reflects the original vision.
\n
• Playtest and review products to maintain the highest standards of quality and player engagement.
\n
• Contribute to long-term product and portfolio strategy, helping define the creative direction of future releases.
\n
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to keep products at the forefront of the market.

What We're Looking For

\n

We're interested in speaking with proven Game Directors or Senior Creative Leaders who have successfully delivered real-money gaming slot titles and can demonstrate ownership of game vision and execution from start to finish.

You'll likely bring:

• Significant experience directing the development of online slot games.
\n
• A strong portfolio of released products with recognised studios, suppliers, or manufacturers.

• Deep understanding of player psychology and what drives engagement in gaming experiences.

• The ability to communicate creative concepts clearly across technical, artistic, and commercial stakeholders.
\n
• Experience collaborating closely with game mathematicians and designers to bring mechanics to life visually.
\n
• Strong appreciation of animation, visual storytelling, sound design, and interactive experiences.
\n
• A hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
\n
• The confidence to challenge established thinking whilst continuously raising creative standards.
