The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Casual Barista All-rounders to join their team at the Gallery Cafe at The Art Gallery of NSW's. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

About the role
\n
- \n
- Make coffees with strong latte art \n
- Take orders and enter in POS \n
- Provide a high-quality service to guests \n
- Work as an integral part of the team \n
- 20 to 25 hrs/week across Monday to Sunday \n
- Day shifts only except for Wednesdays when the gallery closes at 8pm \n
- Essential: Be available on Wednesday evenings and weekends. \n
- Hourly rate: Mon-Fri at $33.85 | Sat at $40.62| Sun at $47.39 per hour plus super \n
- Australians, PR and visa holder with full working rights only, no students \n

About You
\n
- \n
- Ideally 6 months+ Barista experience in a fast-paced environment, smaller cafe environment or kiosk \n
- Knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee \n
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst. \n
- Able to handle a variety of hands-on tasks: coffee, food service, cashier \n
- Able to work both independently and within a team \n
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude \n
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills \n
- Hold valid NSW RSA \n
- Valid full working rights in Australia \n
