PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL & CIVIL FENCING

\n

Perth, WA Full-Time Permanent 2 Positions

\n

An established fencing business in Perth is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.

\n

The Role

\n

You'll be responsible for taking projects from planning through to completion, including:

\n

\n
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines
\n
• Coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment
\n
• Reading drawings, plans and site layouts
\n
• Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
\n
• Monitoring project progress, quality and productivity
\n
• Liaising with clients and site supervisors
\n
• Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
\n
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently
\n

\n

About You

\n

Project Management experience within construction, civil or a related industry
\n Confident reading drawings and project plans
\n Strong understanding of construction environments
\n Experience coordinating teams, materials and equipment
\n Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
\n Strong communication and client-management skills
\n Practical, hands-on approach
\n Able to manage multiple projects at once

\n

Fencing experience is advantageous, but not essential for the right construction/civil Project Manager.
