We’re seeking dedicated Receptionist to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business at RMC Duntroon. This role plays a key part who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. while working closely with site management teams.

Job Requirements:

\n

\n

    \n
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk enquiries professionally.
    • \n
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and general enquiries.
    • \n
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail securely.
    • \n
  • Order and manage office, kitchen, and stationery supplies.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
    • \n
  • Complete monthly reporting, including invoicing and occupancy.
    • \n
  • Update and maintain administrative processes and procedures.
    • \n
  • Provide administrative support to Office Management and the wider team.
    • \n
  • Conduct final apartment inspections and document damages.
    • \n
  • Maintain inspection records and reports.
    • \n
  • Manage keys, swipe fobs, and issue key packs with accurate records.
    • \n
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
    • \n

  • Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication skills.
    • \n
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
    • \n
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
    • \n
  • Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
    • \n
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.
    • \n
  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
    • \n
