About the Role
\n
As we continue to grow our footprint in the Australia/New Zealand market, we're looking for a commercially minded leader to improve the way we: serve our customers, work cross functionally, and ultimately drive better commercial performance across the region.
\n
Whilst being the hands-on leader of our Customer Service division, other core responsibilities include:
\n
Overseeing the customer service team SOPs including, order processing, claims, CRM accuracy and the day-to-day coordination of customer activities.
\n
Ownership of the sales order pipeline and leading the weekly customer reporting
\n
Working closely with Commercial and Operations teams to deeply understand customer requirements, and identify growth opportunities
\n
Lead the division's process improvement, identify inefficiencies across customer lifecycle and work with stakeholders to simplify, improve or automate them.
\n
About You
\n
To successfully manage this function, you will have demonstrated experience working in customer service teams and leading process improvement which cross functionally supports broader business units.
\n
We see this person as a self-starter with a proactive, forward-thinking approach. But, at the very least you naturally enjoying working with people as part of your role, and subsequently, have great communication skills at all levels.
\n
Other experience you will require for this role:
\n
Managed a Customer Service or Customer Operations function.
\n
Experience with identifying and reporting on customer trends
\n
High proficiency using business systems such as a CRM and MS suite
\n
Worked cross functionally with Operations, Sales and Finance teams
\n
Experience in industrial gases, chemicals, refrigeration and HVAC-R, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or energy markets will be particularly well suited to this role.
