The Opportunity \n

We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager at either of our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. This is a full time position.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will be provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.

Role responsibilities \n

Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.

• Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
\n
• Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
\n
• Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
\n
• Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
\n
• Work Health and Safety (WHS) : ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
