The Role

\nAs a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of Sumo Energy helping customers with a wide range of enquiries while delivering an experience that actually feels human.\n
\nThis is a high-volume inbound contact centre role (50-100 calls per day), where quality, empathy and attention to detail matter.\n
\n
