About The Role
\n
We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Doreen and other areas across Melbourne VIC.
\n
You will:
\n

Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes, including individual case management.
\n - \n
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
\n - \n
Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
\n - \n
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
\n

Skills And Experiences\n

\n
What You'll Need:
\n

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
\n - \n
Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
\n - \n
Australian Working Rights
\n
\n
- \n
- \n
Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
\n
\n
Willingness to complete:

Police Check
\n - \n
Working with Children’s Check
\n - \n
Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record
\n - \n
Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
\n
