As a Customer Service Representative and the first point of contact for the Australian public, you'll provide essential support and high-quality service, supporting a major Federal Government entity. Key Requirements: We ask that you are able to commit to a rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 8pm , are at least 18 years of age and an Australian Citizen . This role also requires you to undergo pre-employment background checks.
