The Role
\n We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about a person-centred approach to care, to join our beautiful 68 bed facility located in the leafy suburb of Waverley. Joining Casual, it is essential to have experience in a residential aged care environment, have flexible shift availability, and have a high level of empathy and compassion for our residents.

What you will do \n
\n
\n As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring: \n
\n
- \n
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives \n
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans \n
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers \n
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management \n
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff \n
- Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards \n
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach \n
\n
Who are you and what will you bring? \n
\n
- \n
- AHPRA Registration \n
- Available for night shift highly desirable \n
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse \n
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills \n
- Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care \n
- NDIS Check (or willing to obtain) \n
